Aloha Everyone!

Today I'm back with another of what I call "PSA's". My PSA's are Public Service Announcements that alert people to the current Astro Weather and how to best navigate it.

Think of it as the news just in time to help you better surf the waves of change.

First off, let's acknowledge how intense this moment is, no matter where you are in the world. It is not random. There is a reason. The old world is ending and a new begins.

We are in a sequence of initiation. Tomorrow, Neptune enters Aries 9:34 am PT / 12:34 pm ET.

After that moment, there is no going back to the old reality, the old story. 0 degrees Aries is the very beginning of the Zodiac, the first day of Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere. Tomorrow, we take our first steps into the unknown. Let's do it with wisdom, intention, and love!

Notice the Change

There is great power in noticing the change. The liminal spaces--where one thing becomes another--is where all the information lies. We are not quite in the new thing and not quite out of the old. As a result, we can compare the actual raw data, not our concepts of it. That comparison builds our awareness. We are mapping the new territory, noticing what we are leaving behind and the qualities of the new.

For the tech geeks out there, think of it as the metadata--the data about the data. We get the chance to see what kind of info we are about to dive deep into.

With a slow moving planet like Neptune, we get only a few precious days to notice the change before we are deep in the territory. Even a few weeks in, it can feel like we've been in the new information forever. Once we are in, it is harder to see clearly. We are the proverbial fish in the water who can't see the water they are swimming in.

But tomorrow is our chance to taste test, to compare and to see. I highly recommend you take a few minutes--more if you can--to sit quietly and feel both right before and right after Neptune switches signs. Feel what? Your sensations, your thoughts, your feelings. Think of it as the Taste of Time.

Those new surges, feelings, ideas--you'll be playing them out over 14 years, until March 23rd, 2039. Once we are in, we are in. And as the information fades, all that will be left is memory. But in this window--there is actual precious raw data. We can use our senses to truly feel it and welcome it.

In Qi Gong, as in life, the sooner you notice the change, the sooner you can course correct. If you notice that a certain way of walking messes with your knee, you can change your gate for a better one. If you don't notice that until you are limping, it's much harder to course correct.

In this case, what worked for Neptune in Pisces doesn't apply for Neptune in Aries. We are entering a whole new world--one that is setting the stage for a 5000+ year reset on February 20th.

Personally, when Neptune went into Aries March 30th, 2025 for the first time in our lifetimes, what I noticed immediately was both a surge of energy and a bone deep warning.

This energy will bring us both the will and the drive to act. But wisdom is not guaranteed! Aries is more a ready, shoot, aim kind of energy. To work with it well, we need to be willing to stop and listen. To check in with our wisdom. Be willing to not know and wait until we do, until we feel truly grounded in our actions. At that moment, by all means--act! Decisively and with courage. It's what we are called to do.

Shadow Aries is the immature warrior who is angry with no wisdom. Add in Neptune's shadow of delusion, fog, and glamour, and you've got the macho warrior willing to "do what it takes" blowing up the building to get in without noticing the door was open. Think righteousness with no depth, stories with no facts, projection with no basis in reality.

I sensed how we could be deluded by the energy surge into thinking that our individual "I" had to do everything, all at once, with no regards for the fact we were part of a whole. I could see how we could ignore our own limitations and deny what was right for us--actually put us into the equation--and instead get swept up into a delusion that we had no limitations. Like a kid hopped up on Marvel movies and sugar wanting to go and fight The Bad Guys while not being exactly sure who they are, where they are, or what it will take. But he is dressed in a cape and ready for action!

I felt the call for both wisdom and courage, for patience and action, for small step by step process over sweeping heroic gestures that may or may not serve.

We are all a piece of the puzzle and we are all required for this new world possibility to flourish. Acting courageously individually while interwoven into the bigger picture of interconnected community is where the true heroism lies in this Brave New World.

Set Your Intentions

Another highly recommended activity is to have a small ceremony of welcome for the new energy. What seeds do you want to plant? Where do you want to have courage, what principles do you want to take action on?

You can light a candle and ask for the highest and greatest good for all to come through you and to you over these Neptune in Aries years. If you have a specific project or goal, you can ask for clarity and blessings for it.

Some great questions to contemplate for your intentions from Astrology By Lauren:

• What is that thing that one thing, that one principle you are most willing to make sacrifices for?
• What are you willing to put yourself on the line for: whether that be an ideal, a cause, an idea, a country, your children and their descendants, or perhaps a creative vision for the future that feels so much larger than ourselves?
• What is your vision for the future that you are wanting to manifest?

Quick tips for the road:

--Give yourself some quiet time around Neptune's ingress in Aries. This is by far the most powerful action you can take at this time. Let yourself be and give whatever arises your loving attention.

--Be curious and contemplate the big picture questions. What is life trying to show you? What new identity or perspective is trying to emerge? What's "old you" and "new you"?

--Ask for help from the Divine, the Big Thing, God--however you see it. Your team is there for you. Access them with prayers for support and let the Grace flow in, with Gratitude.
