Aloha everyone! Happy Equinox! Today at 7:46 am PDT / 10:46 am EDT, Spring began in the Northern Hemisphere and Fall in the Southern Hemisphere. Equinox marks the two days of the year that day and night are equal across the world. I love to feel into the whole planet on this day, united in harmony. It‘s a great day to practice and to celebrate. If you can, get outside and invite in the energy of the earth, the sun, the heavens and the galaxy to harmonize and illuminate your being. We can align with the deep Grace and profound cosmic unity in our spirits and in our hearts. For those in the Northern Hemisphere, Happy Spring! At long last, we are heading into warmer and brighter days. For those in the Southern Hemisphere, here’s to turning your hearts towards Fall’s harvest and inner renewal. Today also Mercury stations direct at 12:32 pm PT / 3:32 pm ET. Hallelujah! At last, we will be out of Mercury's retrograde in Pisces.
