Aloha Everyone!

Today I'm back with another of what I call "PSA's". My PSA's are Public Service Announcements that alert people to the current Astro Weather and how to best navigate it.

Think of it as the news just in time to help you better surf the waves of change.

Today is the day! Saturn and Neptune conjuncted exactly at 8:54 am PT / 11:54 am ET.

After that moment, there is no going back to the old reality, the old story. 0 degrees Aries is the very beginning of the Zodiac, the first day of Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere. Today, we take our first steps into the unknown. Let's do it with wisdom, intention, and love!

This change is so large and mysterious, we can't even imagine what comes next. But what we can do is set our intentions to lead with love and be the place where a new reality takes root. One that inspires us, motivates us, lifts us, and nourishes us.

This is our moment to choose love and coherence.

I feel deeply aligned with Heart Coherence at this moment of seed planting. The Heartmath Institute has a handy graphic regarding the power of the Heart:

Your superpower is cultivating love. What lights you up? What brings you joy? What inspires you? How can you commit to bringing them into your life on a daily basis? Saturn in Aries rewards small consistent steps over time, while Neptune in Aries helps you dream the bigger spiritually aligned dream.

We are all a piece of the puzzle and we are all required for this new world possibility to flourish. The more of us choose love and coherence, the more we will weave a reality filled with that possibility. Acting courageously individually while keeping our eye on the bigger picture of positively influencing the whole is where the true power lies in this new epoch.

Set Your Intentions

A highly recommended activity for today is to have a small ceremony of welcome for the new energy. What seeds do you want to plant? Where do you want to have courage, what principles do you want to take action on?

​Tosha Silver shared a great prayer today in her Outrageous Openness Forum online. I'm using it and I invite you to use it if it resonates with you. The "use me" part is asking the Divine to take the lead, setting aside your little ego and opening to the Greater You:

Another great activity for intention setting is singing in the new reality! Juliana Murphy, a beloved Community Singing Leader, shared beautiful songs for the reset at her patreon site. I've been singing with her in community and it is truly a joyous experience. But even on your own, this songs can make your heart happy! Give them a try, again if you feel called.

Quick tips for the road:

--Give yourself some quiet time today to welcome in the new energy. This is by far the most powerful action you can take at this time. Let yourself be and give whatever arises your loving attention.

--Be curious and contemplate the big picture questions. What is life trying to show you? What new identity or perspective is trying to emerge? What's "old you" and "new you"?

--Ask for help from the Divine, the Big Thing, God--however you see it. Your team is there for you. Access them with prayers for support and let the Grace flow in, with Gratitude.
