Aloha Everyone!

Today I'm back with another of what I call "PSA's". My PSA's are Public Service Announcements that alert people to the current Astro Weather and how to best navigate it.

Think of it as the news just in time to help you better surf the waves of change.

Saturn enters the sign of Aries today at 4:11 pm PT / 7:11 pm ET. This is an epic change, a sea change in reality. Saturn is the planet of law, limitation, and structure, with a 29.5 year cycle. Aries is the beginning of the Zodiac, the sign of initiating and beginning.

Translation? We are leaving behind a cycle that began in 1996 and entering a new 29.5 year cycle. Think about the past 30 years of your life, all the highs and lows, stories and learning. What have you learned? What are you ready to consider complete and leave behind?

Today we are gifted the chance to enter a new cycle filled with new possibilities. What do you want to create this time around? What is alive for you? Consciously partnering with these energies is a powerful step towards co-creating a reality you want to live in. Instead of filling your life with old concepts and half baked beliefs you inherited from others, choose your own great adventure. What life do you actually want to live?

On February 20th, Saturn will join Neptune at 0 deg 44 minutes of Aries. These two planets together at the very beginning of the Zodiac will shake the foundation of our world. Getting clear about what lights you up and what feeds your heart is key to navigating this tremendous time of shift and change. The clearer we can be with our aspirations and our intentions, the easier it will be to align positively with the seismic shift.

Personally, I am so deep in this energy that my main focus is on tending the change. I'm breathing deeply, singing, dancing, walking, praying, meditating. No matter what chaos I feel around me, I am doing my best to reach into the heart of creation, deep in the Mystery. I invite you to join me in this celebration and exploration.

The coherence we need is there, within us. We were born for this time, for this change. Let's do our best to bring beautiful coherent energy into the Field, to be a seed for a reality that we truly want to live in.

Quick tips for the road:

--Cultivate calm. It's easy to crave more stimulation when you are getting this shook up. Try some deep breathing or watching the wind in a tree over grabbing more more, faster, better. Your nervous system will thank you.

--Tend to your heart. What is your heart trying to tell you? Do you need to cry? Do you need to spend some time with your hands on your heart, gently holding yourself? Listen quietly, with great love and reverence. Your heart is your best guide for this time of tremendous upheaval.

--Do what brings you joy. Think of this as survival skills, not some "oh yeah, maybe someday" vibe. Joy feeds your heart and your spirit. It doesn't have to be big. Maybe you walk in the park, or play with your dog, or give your kitchen a much needed re-org. Whatever makes you feel light and bright, do it. Your whole being will thank you.

--Breathe. Take deep breaths often, frequently throughout the day. Slowly and rhythmically, breathe in through your mouth and fill your belly, then gently breath out through your mouth. Your breathe will calm and support you, returning you to the here and now.

--Ask for help from the Divine, the Big Thing, God--however you see it. Your team is there for you. Access them with prayers for support and let the Grace flow in, with Gratitude.
