Aloha Everyone!

Today I'm back with another of what I call "PSA's". My PSA's are Public Service Announcements that alert people to the current Astro Weather and how to best navigate it.

Think of it as the news just in time to help you better surf the waves of change.

Uranus, the planet of sudden change, revolution, earthquakes, and radical transformation is stationing direct today at 27 degrees of Taurus. It's the last time in our lifetimes, for most of us, we will experience this energy.

When Uranus changes signs or direction, we all get shook up. When it's in Taurus, it shakes up the seemingly most stable systems--political, monetary, agricultural. I feel it like a strong shaking inside, that is uncomfortable to say the least!

This energy will be here for a minute. When a planet stations direct, it takes some time for it to get that forward momentum. During this window, the qualities of the planet are Very Very Loud. In this case--disruption, losing your cool, radical turnarounds and reversals--both positive and shadow, what once seemed solid isn't anymore, become highlighted.

Be kind to yourself and everyone around you the best you can. It's not an easy day, but it can be a profound turning point day. What is life trying to show you? Where are you being asked to upgrade what you feel, think, believe? What behaviors and actions do you need to change? What small steps can you take today?

Quick tips for the road:

--Lay off the stimulants. It's easy to crave more stimulation when you are getting this shook up. Try some deep breathing or watching the wind in a tree over grabbing more more, faster, better. Your nervous system will thank you.

--Notice what new information is trying to get in. What is life trying to show you? What new identity or perspective is trying to emerge? What's "old you" and "new you"? What inspirations are appearing?

--Do a "stress audit". What areas in your life need to be shored up? This kind of energetic earthquake weather is a good time to assess and make plans for where you need more structure or better structure.

--Ask for help from the Divine, the Big Thing, God--however you see it. Your team is there for you. Access them with prayers for support and let the Grace flow in, with Gratitude.
